By accessing or using icalled.it.com ("the Service"), operated by Playpen Games, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

icalled.it.com is a social prediction game that allows users to create and participate in predictions using virtual currency only. The Service is designed for entertainment purposes among friends.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You may create an account by providing a username. You may optionally provide an email address for account recovery purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You may only have one account
• Your username must not impersonate others or be offensive
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Virtual Currency

When you create an account, you receive a starting balance of virtual coins. These coins are used solely within the Service to participate in predictions.

• Virtual coins have no cash value and are not redeemable
• We may adjust, reset, or modify virtual currency balances at any time
• Virtual coins may not be transferred between accounts except through normal gameplay
• Any attempt to manipulate virtual currency through unauthorized means will result in account termination

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create predictions that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Collude with other users to manipulate prediction outcomes
• Create predictions about minors or that promote harm

6. User Content

You are responsible for the predictions and content you create. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

7. Prediction Resolution

Predictions are resolved by designated resolvers (the creator, subject, or a specified person). We do not guarantee the accuracy or fairness of resolution decisions. Disputes between users regarding prediction outcomes are outside our control and responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Playpen Games, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYPEN GAMES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playpen Games, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All virtual currency and data associated with your account may be deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
